Free cowboy shoot-out at the Irma Hotel. The Cody Gunfighters perform nightly at 6 pm, Monday through Saturday, right in the street in front of Buffalo Bill's historic Irma Hotel. Four different 30-minute shows are rotated throughout the months of June through September and they all end in gunfire! The show is free and limited seating on picnic tables, curbs and rock walls is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Cody Trolley Tours ticket booth on the front porch of the Irma Hotel offers RESERVED FRONT ROW SEATING for just $1. Cody Night Rodeo. Voted the best outdoor rodeo two of the last six years, the Cody Night Rodeo performs every night June through August, at 8:00 pm. Old Trail Town. Imagine a time capsule the size of a town! Step back 140 years and explore 25 historic cabins arranged to form a frontier settlement. These authentic buildings have been gathered from all over Montana and Wyoming and date 1861-1901. Put your finger in the bullet hole in the door of an authentic "Hole-in-the-Wall Gang" outlaw cabin. Stroll through an early saloon, a trading post or blacksmith shop. View the grave of Jeremiah 'Liver-Eating" Johnston, the man portrayed by Robert Redford in the movie "Jeremiah Johnson." Tehcumseh's Old West Miniature Village and Museum. The largest model railroad layout in the west! The life work of owner Jerry Fick, this amazing "miniature" village measures a gigantic 7,000 square feet and recreates key historic western events. Thousands of hand-painted miniatures depict famous events like Custer's Last Stand, buffalo hunts, covered wagon migrations and Buffalo Bill's Wild West show. Buffalo Bill Dam Visitor Center. Admission free, audio tour $3. To understand and appreciate what you’re looking at, you MUST TAKE THE AUDIO TOUR! Completed in 1910 and standing 328 feet tall, the Buffalo Bill Dam was the tallest dam ever built up to that time, and the world's very first arch dam -- the forerunner to the Hoover Dam. Since increased to 353 feet tall, the dam and reservoir provide the water supply for Cody and the Big Horn Basin. Spectacular views of the canyon and reservoir from on top of the dam! The Cody Murals Visitor Center. Free of charge. Located in the 16-foot high dome of the Mormon Church, this magnificent painting by famous western artist Edward Grigware depicts the history of the Mormon Church. A second room is filled with fine western art and showcases the huge contribution Mormon settlers made to the development of our Big Horn Basin area.

Cody Quad Center. Open to the public! Four indoor pools, basketball, racquetball, exercise equipment and walking track. Access all the amenities of this $12 million facility by purchasing a $5 day pass.

"The Scout " monument. Free of charge. Dedicated on July 4, 1924, this magnificent sculpture of Buffalo Bill was created by Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney. Depicting Buffalo Bill as a military scout, this statue has become the international symbol of Cody, Wyoming.
